Clinic Information & Policies
At our clinic, we promote inclusive practices and are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone. Offensive behaviour, discrimination, harassment, or verbal abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. Any individual displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave and may be refused future services. We ask all clients and visitors to treat our staff and others with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid before your next appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee, and payment must be received before any future appointments can be booked.
Online Booking
Our online booking system displays all currently available appointment dates and times. If you are unable to find your preferred time slot, it has likely already been reserved by another client.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service fee. This fee must be paid before booking any additional appointments.
Deposits & Payment Information
All first-time clients are required to prepay their first appointment by e-transfer in order to secure their booking. E-transfer instructions will be sent via text message, and your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received.
We reserve the right to request a deposit for future appointments when necessary.
Following your first visit, we accept payment by cash, e-transfer, debit, Visa, and Mastercard.
Please note that all services rendered, treatment packages purchased, and products purchased are non-refundable.
Consultations
We do not offer consultations over the phone. To determine the most appropriate treatment for your needs, please book a consultation online or by phone. Consultation appointments are subject to a fee.
Response Times & Contact Hours
As we are often with clients throughout the day, we may not be able to respond to messages immediately. We appreciate your patience and will respond as soon as possible.
Messages received after 6:00 PM can expect a response the following business day after 9:30 AM. Please note that we do not answer phone calls on Sundays.
Respecting Appointment Times
As a small business, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our clinic. Time reserved for your appointment is set aside exclusively for you and often cannot be filled on short notice.
